You have been elected as the new president of Kargunistan! 

Now, of course, in order to fulfill your destiny you have to completely rip apart the pillars on which the great nation of Kargunistan was built and throw it into chaos! 

You have to buy stocks, edicts and establish new rules in order to raise your Evilness level enough to metamorphose into the devil himself!

Purchase new edicts by first selecting a free slot and then clicking on the edict itself.

The lower the Indexes of basic human decencies are, the higher your Evilness!

But be careful, for each edict costs some amount of Evil Money, which is a limited resource of course. Money doesn't grow on trees!
